Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom‑engraved watches.
- Final‑sale items.
- Products not in original condition or showing signs of wear.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are located in the EU, you legally have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
We extend this to a 30‑day return period as an added benefit. However, this extended period is subject to conditions described in Section 9 to prevent misuse of the policy.*
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the watch securely with all original components.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Please do not return any product without receiving authorization first.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the watch is defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping.
- You may be asked to prepay shipping and provide proof, after which we refund you.
- If the watch is returned due to customer‑caused damage, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time:
- EU: Up to 14 days (required by law).
- US/Other regions: Typically 3–7 business days.
- You may also choose store credit if preferred.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Watches
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include clear photos or videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
- If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it once received.
Extended 30‑Day Return Window Conditions
- The watch must be completely unused and in perfect sellable condition.
- Only one free return or exchange is allowed per order.
- Excessive or repeated returns may not qualify for extended benefits.
- After 30 days, returns for non‑quality issues are not accepted.
- Returns after the legal 14‑day period may be subject to a restocking assessment if the product is not in perfect condition.
Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All watches include a 2‑year warranty covering manufacturing or quality-related defects.
This warranty includes free repair or replacement for any defects caused by materials or workmanship.
