Return Process

  • To submit an eligible return request, Start a Return or Cancellation through your TSAR BOMBA USA customer account, or contact support@tsarbombausa.com with your order number and return request.
  • For voluntary returns, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, the appropriate return destination, and shipping instructions.
  • Pack the watch securely and follow the applicable return instructions. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.
  • EU statutory withdrawals do not require prior authorization. You may exercise your withdrawal right by sending us a clear statement within the applicable statutory period.
  • Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns and EU statutory withdrawals where properly disclosed. We cover necessary return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products where legally required.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon where legally permitted.
  • For eligible EU statutory withdrawals, reimbursement is generally made within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification, subject to applicable legal provisions allowing reimbursement to be withheld until the goods or evidence of their return are received.
  • EU statutory withdrawal refunds include applicable standard outbound delivery charges. Additional costs for premium delivery options generally need not be reimbursed.
  • For other eligible voluntary returns, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and assessed.
  • Original shipping charges for voluntary returns outside statutory withdrawal rights are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from our error.
